Interior design and 3d presentation

Building S in one of the 3 big buildings designed originally from a well-known architectural firm in Athens and they are currently under construction.

Here I present the interior design of a typical floor of 65m2 of the building as well as the exterior decoration which I designed for promotional purposes in order for the project to be sold off-plan.

The interior design based on my free choice of decorations and small alternations had both perspective CGI’s and video animations as end products.

This project is already sold by the client and is under construction. The building is in a 115m2 plot area, consists of a ground store, 5 apartments from 50-65sqm and a loft with a roof terrace, has 8 floors in a 24m total height.
