Interior design and 3d presentation

Building K in one of the 3 big buildings designed originally from a well-known architectural firm in Athens and they are currently under construction.

Here I present the interior design of a typical floor of the building 70,5m2, the top floor loft apartment 70m2 as well as the exterior decoration which I designed for promotional purposes in order for the project to be sold off plan. The interior design based on my free choice of decorations and small alternations had both perspective CGI’s and video animations as end products.

The building is in a 240m2 plot area, consists of 10 apartments from 60-80sqm, 2 maisonettes and a loft, a roof terrace, has 8 floors in a 30m total height.
